Confidence Zinyeka

Confidence Zinyeka, also known as CN Zinyeka, was born on May 15, 1993 in Gokwe Gumunyu in the Midlands province of Zimbabwe. He is the last born in a family of eight children. He did his primary and secondary education in Gokwe. After he completed his ordinary level education in 2010, Confidence moved to the capital city of Harare and started sculpting under his elder brother Thomas Zinyeka, who was well known in the art industry but who died that same year. Since late 2010, he has been working as an individual artist at the Airport Road sculpture gallery.

Confidence normally works on creative art doing figuratives, heads, animals and birds. He prefers to work with stones such as Springstone, Green Opal, Cobalt, and Black Serpentine.

Confidence mostly sells his art to collectors in the USA, Germany, South Korea, the Netherlands, Australia, Canada, and more. His main aim is to take to his art to a greater level and inspire the next generation.
