Handcrafted by Zulu weavers using their traditional ilala reed basket weaving techniques with a new twist - telephone wire!  This inventive melding of past traditions with present industrial material enables more than 700 Zulu families to earn a living while maintaining their rich artistic traditions.

Handcrafted means each one may vary slightly from the picture, but follow the pattern themes and color palette.

Handmade in South Africa.
